With our Returns policy, you can confidently make your purchase without the pressure of commitment. Should you find the dress isn't quite what you envisioned or doesn't fit perfectly, simply return it to us. We'll gladly issue a refund, provided you adhere to our terms of sale
Terms and Conditions for Online Sale Items:
When you find a dress you adore in our sample sale, you can proceed to purchase it through our online sale shop.
After receiving your order confirmation, we will meticulously prepare and package your order. As part of our preparation process, we will document any known faults on the dress before dispatching it.
Your order will be shipped to the designated shipping address. Please note that this is exclusively available for addresses within the UK.
When you receive your dress, please carefully inspect it against the fault sheet provided. Please don’t try it on until this inspection is complete. Detailed instructions will be provided.
If you notice any discrepancies beyond our documented observations, please email us with accompanying pictures. We will assess the additional minor repairs and confirm acceptance accordingly. Once approved, you may proceed to try on your dress.
Should you decide to keep the dress, it's all yours, Congratulations! However, if you're not satisfied with it, arrange to return the dress to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
When we receive the returned dress, we will conduct a thorough check against our checklist. Any additional faults not previously reported may incur a 15% damage charge deducted from your refund amount. It's imperative to meticulously perform this check.
Upon completion of our checks, we will initiate a refund process via our website within 5 working days. Please allow an additional 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Your satisfaction with your order is paramount. Should you wish to return a product for a refund, please ensure you adhere to the conditions outlined in the sale.
Returns must be dispatched from your address within 5 days of receiving your delivery. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered eligible for a refund or acceptable for return.
All returned purchases must be in their original packaging and condition, showing no additional signs of wear or tear. Upon return, products will undergo inspection. If, in the unlikely event, the product is deemed unsellable, we reserve the right to return it to you without issuing a refund. Additionally, any damages not listed on the provided defects table but still render the item sellable may incur a 15% damage fee based on the order value. This fee is subject to our discretion and is intended to cover additional repair or dry-cleaning costs.
Customers are responsible for covering all postage costs associated with returned goods. Return shipping costs will only be covered by us in cases where the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect item. Please note that refunds will not include any shipping costs.
You may return your order to us using any tracked method of your choice. We recommend insuring your parcel to safeguard against loss or damage during transit. We cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged during shipment. Kindly retain your tracking reference for your records. Customers are responsible for pursuing claims for misplaced, lost, undelivered, or "abandoned" shipments directly with the shipper. Please ensure your return is appropriately packaged to prevent damage to the item during transit.
